Bharti Airtel, India’s largest telecommunications operator will be offering 1000GB of extra data to its customers on some of its broadband plans, according to a report by Financial Express.The offer is available only to customers of Delhi-NCR who opted for Airtel broadband services on or after May 16. To avail the offer, customers can find the ‘Unlimited Internet offer’ on the telco’s web portal.

Under the offer, there are four plans eligible for 1000GB bonus data namely Rs 1099, Rs 1299, Rs 1499, Rs 1799. The validity of the bonus data will be 1 year.

On opting for the lowest plan of Rs 899, users can get 750GB data for a year.

In a bid to compete with Jio’s offers, the telco had also started offering 100 percent more data benefits to home broadband users within some monthly rental plans. As part of the plan, users can get 60GB broadband data for Rs 899 where earlier it was only 30 GB.
Similarly it follows with the other plans including Rs 1099 plan which would offer 90GB data instead of 50GB. The Rs 1299 plan would offer 125GB data instead of 75GB and Rs 1499 plan would give 160 GB where earlier it was 100GB.
